This policy covers the personal data collected through this website. The platform itself is not yet offered to the public, and this site does not serve advertising.
Topalpha Technologies is in the process of incorporation. This document is a placeholder that describes our current intended practice; it will be replaced by a final version naming the registered entity before the platform is offered commercially.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, the institution you represent, your work email address, the enquiry type you select, and your message. We also record the time of submission and a one-way hash of your IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence. The hashed IP address exists solely to rate-limit automated abuse of the form; it cannot be reversed to recover the original address.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a contact-form submission. We do not attempt to enrich or combine your submission with data from other sources.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last correspondence with us, then deleted. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Processors we rely on
This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata in order to deliver and protect it, and which provides the anti-automation check on the contact form. Email is delivered through a third-party mail provider. Our application data is held on servers we operate.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie to remember your language and region preference, and a session cookie if you sign in to the platform. Analytics are used on the public site to count visits in aggregate. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the contact address below and we will respond within 30 days.
